Returns and Cancellations
Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date. A 30% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the product has shipped. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to inspection. If the item fails inspection, credit will not be given and the product will be returned to the customer. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for returned merchandise are processed after inspection within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition - which requires the product to be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition.
To return any product, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will not be processed or credited. To obtain an RMA and shipping instructions, please contact our Customer Support Team at: 877.934.0477, Option 6 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests for returns are generally processed within 2-4 days and you will receive shipping instructions along with your RMA by email. Once an RMA is issued, the product must be returned within 30 days.
Cancellation fees of 30% apply. Contact your Professional Bath Consultant for assistance with your cancellation request. Once an item has shipped the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.

As an avid golfer I look forward to my "spa" treatments at home. I am so happy that we installed a Purewater Baths in our master bath remodel. I really feel like I'm on vacation each time I turn on the lights and jets. Plus, cleaning is so easy. Thanks Purewater Baths!
